By accessing or using any tool, page, or service on genvaris.com (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
These terms apply to all visitors and users of the Platform, including the ResoMed Hub, Rightful, LexiSphere, MediationAssist, Mediation Hub, Pitch Dock, and all associated pages.

- Transmit malicious code, malware, or any harmful software
AI-Generated Content
The Platform uses AI language models to generate information and draft documents. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated
- All AI outputs should be reviewed by a qualified professional before acting upon them
- Genvaris does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated output
- You are solely responsible for any actions you take based on AI-generated content
Intellectual Property
All content, design, software, and branding on the Platform is the property of Genvaris Group or its licensors and is protected by Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
Content you enter into our tools (your case descriptions, complaint details, etc.) remains your property. We do not claim ownership of user-generated content.
Third-Party Services
The Platform may integrate with or link to third-party services (AI providers, regulatory body websites, etc.). We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party services. Links are provided for convenience only.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Genvaris disclaims all warranties including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law and other applicable legislation, Genvaris is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Platform.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee or right that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
