Genvaris Group ("Genvaris", "we", "us") operates the Genvaris platform at genvaris.com, including the ResoMed Hub, Rightful, LexiSphere, MediationAssist, and associated tools (collectively, the "Platform").
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
What Information We Collect
Depending on which tools you use, we may collect:
- Information you provide voluntarily — complaint descriptions, issue categories, contact preferences entered into our forms
- Usage data — pages visited, features used, session duration (no personally identifiable information)
- Technical data — browser type, device type, screen resolution (for performance and compatibility)
- API interaction data — if you use the AI-powered features and provide an API key, prompts are sent to the relevant AI provider (Anthropic, Open Router, or a local Ollama instance) under their respective privacy policies
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or payment information unless you explicitly provide it for a specific purpose.
Local Storage & Your Device
Our consumer tools (ResoMed Hub, Rightful, MediationAssist, Mediation Hub) use your browser's localStorage and IndexedDB to save your case data, workflow progress, and settings.
- This data is stored on your device only — it never leaves your browser unless you explicitly export or share it
- You can delete this data at any time by clearing your browser's site data for genvaris.com
- We cannot access, retrieve, or view data stored in your browser's local storage
Third-Party AI Providers
Our AI-powered features optionally connect to third-party AI services. When enabled:
- Anthropic Claude — prompts are sent to Anthropic's API. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy
- Open Router — prompts are routed through Open Router's service. See Open Router's Privacy Policy
- Ollama (local) — prompts are processed entirely on your local machine; no data is transmitted externally
How We Use Information
Any non-identifiable usage data we collect is used solely to:
- Understand how the Platform is used and improve its features
- Diagnose technical errors and performance issues
- Monitor aggregate usage patterns to guide development priorities
We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties.
Disclosure of Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We may disclose information only where:
- Required by Australian law or a court order
- Necessary to protect the safety of users or the public
- You have given explicit consent for a specific purpose
Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data, including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit and secure hosting on cPanel Linux infrastructure. However, no system is perfectly secure, and we encourage users not to store highly sensitive legal documents on any online platform.

Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information (where not legally required to retain it)
- Make a complaint about how we handle your information

Children's Privacy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
